单轨式水下刮泥机适用于大型自来水厂或污水处理厂矩形沉淀池的刮泥,水下刮泥机是将平流池底的污泥从出水区刮向进水区,中心传动刮泥机最后将污泥刮到进水区域的集泥坑内集中排出,代替传统的边行走边抽吸的虹吸式排泥机。
水下刮泥机在大型制水厂应用是制水技术的一大进步,给平流沉淀池的设计增添了想象空间。
有四大优点:1.节能减排,符合现阶段国家节能减排政策,采用水下刮泥方式,由于污泥浓度大大提高,一天排泥1~2次,合计排泥量约为18(立方),不到虹吸方式的1/7,排泥量大大减少,一个60万吨的制水厂一天可少排1200(立方)的污泥。排泥量的减少,不仅减轻了水厂污泥除处理量,同时节省了取水泵房及污泥处理的电能损耗。
2.节省用地,平流沉淀工艺池采用水下刮泥机时,可增加平流沉淀池的深度,缩短平流池的长度,一可有效减少制水厂占地面积,二也相应减小污泥处理构筑物的占地面积。
3.提高沉淀水水质,平流沉淀池在集水区域经常出现“跑矾花”现象,使得沉淀水浊度增加,不仅增加滤池的负担也影响出厂水水质。采用水下刮泥机后,可在集水区铺设长度短的斜管,能有效解决“跑矾花”现象,有利于提高水厂水质。(图/文
